The attack is the deadliest in Somalian history. * October 23 - The Battle of Marawi ends. * October 31 - [[Sayfullo Saipov|2017 New York City truck attack]] * November 5 - [[Devin Patrick Kelley]] commits the Sutherland Springs Church shooting, killing 26 people (one being an unborn child) and injures 20 others.
