His cult members nicknamed him The Godfather ("El Padrino"). He was responsible for the murder of Mark Kilroy, an American student killed in Matamoros in 1989, along with several other cult killings, he was active in 1986-1989 and killed 16 men, but its believe that he killed more than 20 men.
