'''Bestiality''' is the desire to have sex with non-human animals, it is widely considered a form of [[Cruelty to animals|animal abuse]]. Many would consider it one of the most disturbing forms of perversion, though less common than [[necrophilia]] or [[pedophilia]]. 


Though bestiality is often used interchangeably with [[zoophilia]], they are technically not the same. Zoophilia is usually described as being attracted to animals, whereas bestiality is usually described as the act of intercourse with the animal itself.

Bestiality is sex outside species, and with humans is considered animal abuse (e.g a human putting his/her groin inside a animal's buthole). A cat and a horse having anal sex would also count as bestiality. Many would consider it one of the most disturbing forms of perversion, though less common than necrophilia or [[Pedophilia|pedophilia]]. This act is mentioned in the bible, which prohibits this act.
