Blake Reign is a Florida man who publicly masturbated in a Miami Beach Starbucks store. Two female beach-goers were buying a drink when Reign looked at them in a perverted manner, put his hand inside his pants, and started masturbating towards them. The two women where disgusted, telling him to back off and leave. Reign continued to stalk the two women, which went on for another 15 minutes.
When the police were trying to arrest him, Reign sprinted and tried to run away from his crimes, only to fail to do so. The police eventually tasered him and he was arrested. It was revealed that one of the employees at the Starbucks he was in reported the incient to law enforcement.
