Blake Reign is a Flroida man who publicly masturbated in a Miami Beach Starbucks store. Two female beach-goers were buying a drink when Reign looked at them in a perverted manner, put his hand inside his pants, and started masturbating towards them. The two women where disgusted, telling him to back off and leave. Reign continued to stalk the two women, which went on for another 15 minutes.
