Blue Tuxedo Man was the unknown assailant who shot The Notorious B.I.G.
On March 9, 1997 Biggie Smalls was killed in a drive-by shooting and to this day the killer remains unknown. In the absence of an explanation many theories about who the killer is and also who was behind the killing since its also suspected by many the killer was not acting alone and was hired by someone to kill Biggie Smalls.

He is African-American male, smooth faced with medium complexion and fade haircut. Wearing a light-blue suit and bowtie.
