Chaotic Evil refers to people, events and organizations that champion the downfall of modern society and the basic codes of what most consider Human Rights and/or law and order - they are often sadistic, psychopathic or extremists with the goal of killing or abusing as many as possible.
Villains of the Chaotic Evil alignment, also known as the "Destroyer" alignment, are ones who utilize recklessness and utter chaos in their villainy; they are often sadistic, psychopathic, disorderly, deranged, cold, explosive and heartless or extremists with the goal of killing or abusing as many as possible.


Chaotic Evil is often associated with [[Thrill Killing|thrill killers]], lone-wolf [[Terrorism|terrorists]], [[Mass murder|mass murderers]], among others. Villainous actions such as harassment, rape, and mass murder often qualify.
Chaotic Evil is often associated with Thrill Killers, Terrorists and people with Antisocial Personality Disorder (also known as Sociopaths).


Many internet related pages such as cyberbully websites are also labeled under this category due to the fact that they can spread extremely quickly throughout the entire world.
