The next category includes countries or states that have committed evil acts. This includes puppet states, epochs of countries, independent states, or military boards. This can also apply to political organizations that govern a country as a one-party state, as in those cases the party and the country itself more or less function as the same entity.

It should be noted that in this category the actions committed by the rulers of these countries are judged, and we are not judging the people who lived in those countries.
