Villains who use or support incredibly extreme methods to achieve their goals. Extremists can commit terrible acts but are only limited to what they would do. Extremists are primarily focused on a revolution or a social change that is noble and meant to benefit the society. Extremists have well-intentioned goals for the greater good, but whose methods and ultimate ends are very extreme.
