Villains who feel genuine love for another, whether it be someone good or bad. The loved one does not have to return the affection in order for the villain to qualify.

Examples include [[Ottis Toole]], [[Henry Lee Lucas]] and [[Elliot Rodger]].

Villains who are ''only'' perverted and/or obsessive of the other they "love" do NOT qualify. Examples of villains who have this disqualifier include [[Jeffrey Dahmer]], [[O.J. Simpson]], [[Alek Minassian]], and almost all rapists.
