Villains who go above the evil genius status, and are among the most intelligent people in history. A mastermind uses his or her exceptional intelligence and mastery in strategy to manipulate others, orchestrate master plans, and are never caught off guard by their opponents. These villains rarely, if ever, actually face justice, mainly because of their ability to evade it.
