Muses are villains whose crimes directly inspire other villains to commit crimes. 

Examples include [[Patrick Crusius]] and [[John T. Earnest]] being inspired by [[Brenton Tarrant]], and [[Seung-Hui Cho]] being inspired by [[Eric Harris|Harris]] and [[Dylan Klebold|Klebold]].
