Villains who fall under the "Neutral Evil" alignment. A neutral evil villain does whatever they can get away with. They are out for themselves, pure and simple. They shed no tears for those they kill, whether for profit, sport, or convenience. They have no love of order and holds no illusion that following laws, traditions, or codes would make them any better or more noble. On the other hand, they don't have the restless nature or love of conflict that a chaotic evil villain has.
Villains who fall under the "Neutral Evil" alignment. A Neutral Evil villain is often very selfish, egotistical, and only out for themself.  
 
They often have no regard for a well-organized system like [[:Category:Lawful Evil|Lawful Evil]] villains do, or chaos and disorder like [[:Category:Chaotic Evil|Chaotic Evil]] villains do. Otherwise, they can utilize a mixture of both law and chaos.
 
Thieves, crime lords, low-profile criminals, murderers, and high criminals specializing in one crime often fall under Neutral Evil.
