	These villains are ~~unique~~ in that ~~they sometimes commit good and honest acts, or~~ are ~~simply not all bad~~.		These are villains who fluctuate between good and evil. Their actions can be good, but then change to evil, and then back to good, and the process recycles. These villains are often in the [[:Category:Grey Zone\|Grey Zone]]; however, villains that are morally evil can still fall under this category.
