In most states, they have laws against cyberbullying. One typical example of cyberbullying is Happy Slapping in which a person is physically attacked and the incident is then filmed on a mobile phone. This part isn't cyberbullying, but when the attack is uploaded onto the internet to expose the victims to ridiculement, this action is considered cyberbullying and thus poses a threat to the victim.
