Daniel "Dan" Cilley is a registered sex offender known as the Downtown LA Predator. Cilley is a 33-year-old serial stalker who has a history of touching, following, and making lewd comments to women on the streets of Los Angeles.
In May 2017, Cilley was convicted for sexual harassment with a 15-year-old female.
