'''Daniel Herendeen''' is a Michigan native who, along with fellow Michigan friend and accomplice [[Bobby Schornak]], [[2021 United States Capitol storming|raided the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021]]. Both him and Schornak are members of the [[Stop the Steal movement]], and were attempting to attend the Stop the Steal Rally that day before the riots broke loose.

Herendeen faces one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Additionally, he is also fined an extra $500 for Capitol repairs due to his involvement in vandalizing the building. He has pleaded guilty to all charges.
