'''David Alejandro Pascual Argueta''', known on YouTube as '''Cristali''', (born January 7, 1998) is a 24-year-old Guatemalan Youtuber convicted of tracing and grooming minors.

==Youtube==
David was expose many times for being unoriginal and lazy with his animations. People found this out due to his anatomy, body changing constantly, and poor movement towards his characters. He changes his names on his channel to prevent people finding him. AlexandraTale who drew fanart for him, David then traced it and used it for profit. The artist wasn't happy when he did this and made a video ranting about it. David made a response say that he was "inspired" by her artwork.

==Grooming==
Before he opened up saying he was a guy he was hiding the fact that he was one, and pretend to be a girl in a attempt to groom minors for explicit photos of them. Another victim named TemperFlash who he groomed to be in a relationship in in which later, she ends the relationship which caused David to lash out on her and draw porn of her. He then asked three minors for nudes, one being PeachyCub who unfortunately gave David nudes of herself. PeachyCub made a now deleted video where she exposes David for what he has done to her and any people, she and her friend would carve things on their arms and forced to bash YouTubers who were exposing David by his bidding.

==Arrest & Sentencing==
On April 11, 2019, David got arrested by the Guatemalan Police by PeachyCub who told her parents about David manipulating her into giving him underage nudes of herself which he posted on his Patreon and allegedly attempt trafficking her. On April 12, The Public Ministry accused David of harassing minors for nudes to make hentai with which he would sell on his Patreon. His known victims come from the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. David was later bailed and announced that he was put on house arrest and is not allowed to access the internet. On August 17, 2020, David was later sentenced to 3 years and 5 months in prison. He is now a registered sex offender.
