On April 11, 2019, David got arrested by the Guatemalan Police by PeachyCub who told her parents about David ~~Manipulating~~ her into giving him underage nudes of herself which he posted on his Patreon and allegedly attempt trafficking her. On April 12, The Public Ministry accused David of harassing minors for nudes to make hentai with which he would sell on his Patreon. His known victims come from the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. David was later bailed and announced that he was put on house arrest and is not allowed to access the internet. On August 17, 2020, David was later sentenced to 3 years and 5 months in prison. He is now a registered sex offender.
