Dennis Rader (born 1945) | Dennis Rader (born March 9, 1945) was an American serial killer known for killing at least 10 people in and near Wichita, Kansas. All the killings were done between 1974 and 1991. He was known as the BTK killer, which stood for his catchphraise "blind ,torture, kill". Included in his 10 known victims were 2 children, 8 females, and 2 males. He received the death sentance in 1994 and his last communication with the media was in 2005 which stated "God will bring hell on Earth". | ||
