Desi Bouterse is currently the dictator of the nation of Suriname. He has been in drug trafficking for many years, but still tries immunity. He has been known for also leading many massacres in his own country. He is likely regarded as one of the worst dictators of the 20th and 21st century in the New World. To make matters even worse, most of his victims are women and children.
