The '''Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs''' were a group of two teen murderers in Ukraine, consisting of '''Igor Suprunyuck '''and '''Viktor Sayenko. '''They have been charged with 21 murders and may have caused even more.

Their methods were some of the most evil known to man and have been compared to [[Vlad Tepes the Impaler|Vlad The Impaler]]. Most of their attacks were on those that would seem to be weaker targets. All the murders occured between June 2007-July 2007.
