The Dnepropetrovsk were a group of teen murderers in Ukraine, consisting of '''Igor Suprunyuck''', '''Viktor Sayenko''' ~~and~~ '''Alexander Hanza'''. They have been charged with 21 murders and may have caused even more. Their methods were some of the most evil known to man and have been compared to [[Vlad Tepes the Impaler|Vlad The Impaler]].
