Titus Flavius Domitian was the 11th emperor of rome. He is best know for his persecution of christians, jews and the aristocrats. Although hated by the public, he was popular among his soldiers. Domitian was killed by a freedman who had concealed a dagger under his groin, and when the praetorians guards arrived, instead of killing the freedman, they helped him stabbed Domitian to death.
