On 26 February 2009, he, [[Vladimir Lazarević]], [[Nebojša Pavković]], [[Nikola Šainović]] and [[Sreten Lukić]] were convicted of [[war crimes]] and [[crimes against humanity]] committed during the [[Kosovo War]]. Ojdanić was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
