Elagabalus was the 5th ruler of the Roman Empire. He's on this wiki because he played pranks such as hiding lions in wardrobes when he had dinner guests, gave lottery winners dead dogs and flies although orginally if you won the roman lottery would be a slave or something, and he also killed children and used their guts to predict the future.
