Elagabalus

Elagabalus was the 5th ruler of the Roman Empire. He's on this wiki because although he did play pranks such as hiding lions in wardrobes when he had dinner guests and gave lottery winners dead dpogs and flies he nalso killed children and used their guts to read the future. He also despised his own empire from Rome to Baghdad.
