== Trivia == * There is much debate over whether Hirohito was truly responsible for the war crimes and human rights abuses that Imperial Japan committed. Much of this stems from the fact that for much of history, Japanese royalty were merely figureheads with no real power and even after the Meiji Restoration occurred in which Japanese royalty were supposed to have power, it is unknown if the Japanese royalty truly consolidated the power they were supposed to have.
