'''Faith Cox''' is a high school student who falsely accused her ex-boyfriend, Christopher "C.J." Precopia of assault, rape and theft.

Cox made allegations that Precopia broke into her house and sliced her neck in a 'X' with a boxcutter. Precopia faced up to 99 years in jail if convicted for these crimes. However, a social media post contradicted her statement and proved her claim completely false. On the exact night she claimed Precopia assaulted her, he was at a family event over 60 miles away from Temple. 

Cox was later arrested, but only serves a maximum of 180 days in jail if convicted. Meanwhile, Precopia spent ten months attempting to prove his innocence and have his case get resolved. His parents even mentioned that they had to deplete their 401k savings for this reason.

Fast forward the allegations, Precopia has moved on with his life and joined the military. He also appeared on the Steve Harvey talk show discussing about his case.
