It only menas you can't make articles on countries or put them in the wanted pages. | |||

the rules state and I quote: "Also, any and all mention of . . . . countries (especially North Korea), Halloween, and ESPECIALLY Wiki admins or normal users on this wiki on this page will result in a block! "
