George Banks
George Banks, the perpetrator of the 1982 Wilkes-Barre shootings, shot 13 people to death on September 25, 1982 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Jenkins Township. This included seven children, which included 5 being his own, the mothers of the children, some of their relatives, and one bystander.
