'''Gheorghe Dincă''' (born May 27^th, 1953) is a Romanian man who kidnapped two girls, 18-year older Luiza Mihaela Melencu (December 2^nd, 2000) and 15-year older Alexandra Mihaela Maceseanu (September 15^th, 2003).

 

 

On April 14^th, 2019, Gheorghe Dincă kidnapped Luiza Mihaela Melencu, when Luiza looked forward to the occasion. Later, on July 24^th, 2019, he kidnapped Alexandra Mihaela Maceseanu, later, Alexandra called at 112 three times in a row. Later, police identified that Alexandra was nowhere. There are rumors if these girls are still alive or they are dead, as said by their parents. Luiza's kidnapping wasn't revealed until when Alexandra was kidnapped, when the Romanian news said the first time about the kidnapping of the girls.

*He was inspired by Johannes Visscher, an Dutch-Romanian man who kidnapped a 11-year old girl, named Adriana, in Gura Șuții, Dâmbovița, România, which is almost to Nucet, Dâmbovița, România. He commited suicide by a car accident, resulting in a death to Adriana.
