Dinca was born at 27th May 1953, at Caracal, in Romania. Dinca is currently married and he has four children.
Biography
On 14th April 2019, Gheorghe Dinca kidnapped Luiza Mihaela Melencu, after when Luiza looked foward to occasion. Later, on 24th July 2019, he kidnapped Alexandra Mihaela Maceseanu, later, Alexandra called at 112 three times in a row. Later, police identified that Alexandra was nowhere.
Gheorghe Dinca is currently arrested, the case is currently in investigation.
