Horacio Tomás Liendo

Horacio Tomás Liendo (December 17, 1924 - August 24, 2007) was an Argentine military man, Minister of Labor (1976-1979) and of the Interior (1981) of the last dictatorship, as well as President Acting for 21 days in 1981.
