Ilse Koch (September 22nd, 1906 - September 1st, 1967) was infamous for hand picking prisoners at Buchenwald during The Holocaust and having them mutilated to create her own collection of horrific artifacts. Among them are shrunken heads and lampshades made of human flesh, which she forced other prisoners to decorate. She also starved the inmates and robbed them of their money, for her own pleasure. Ilse was a sadist. She was the wife of Karl-Otto Koch who was in charge of the concentration camp where she worked. Because of her wickedness, she came to be known as the Bitch of Buchenwald. She was sentenced to life imprisonment without showing any remorse and eventually hung herself.
