The Irish Mob is one of the most well known criminal organizations, alongside the Italian-American Mafia, Russian Mafia, Triad of China, Yakuza of Japan, and North Korean Mob. It primarily consists of Americans of Irish descent. They commit many of the same crimes as the other criminal organizations mentioned. Whitey Bulger was a famous Irish mobster.
