Jacob H. Smith (January 29,1840 – March 1, 1918) A.K.A. "Hell Roaring" and "Howling Jake" former brigadier general of the U.S. Army.

Jacob H. Smith was a brigadier general in the United States Army. Jacob committed atrocities in the Phillipino-American War from 1899-1902. Killing anone who posed a threat was killed under his regime. His massacres made him a disgrace and ruined the reputation of the U.S. Army at that time.
