Jalisco New Generation Cartel

The Jalisco New Generation Cartel is a Mexican criminal syndicate based in Jalisco, which is headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes ("El Mencho"), one of Mexico's most-wanted drug lords. They also operate in the states of Nayarit, Colima, and Guanajuato.
