'''James Palermo''' is a policeman who is part of the San Marcos Police Department. He is arrested and charged for abusing his position and brutally assaulting college student Alexis Alpha while arresting her.

An internet video showed Palermo attempting to arrest Alpha who was intoxicated. It was shown that Palermo slammed her whole body down to the ground attempting to pin her. His brute force attempting to arrest and assault her resulted in Alpha getting a bruised chin and fracturing her front teeth. 

Palermo has been fired from his role as a police officer. The police chief, Penny Dunn, has made the decision to suspend him indefinitely without pay.
