==Criminal history == On April 7 2009, Waylett was arrested after being found with cannabis, an illegal drug. A search of his home uncovered that he had been growing cannabis there. He pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was sentenced to 120 hours of community service. In August 2009, his Harry Potter co-star Joshua Herdman announced that Waylett would not return for the last two Harry Potter films, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows β Part 1 and its sequel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows β Part 2. On October 14 2011, Waylett was arrested for a far more serious charge. He had been caught on camera during the 2011 London riots, participating in acts of looting and arson. Specifically, he was accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail during an attack on a chemist's in Chalk Farm. He was sentenced to two years in prison for public disorder and for a separate offence of more cannabis possession.
