Jarrod Ramos (December 21, 1979-) is an American mass shooter who killed 5 people and injured 2 at the Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Maryland on June 28, 2018.
Early Life
Jarrod was the son of Miguel Ramos who worked for the NSA. In his senior year in high school, he was suspended for having a hit list with names of students on it.
Legal Issues
In 2009 he found one of his classmates on Facebook and reached out to her, it first started off normal but in 2012 Jarrod began sending her emails telling her to hang herself. The girl at first tried to ignore but the harassment continued and it even go to the point where Jarrod got her fired after telling her employer that she was bipolar and a drunkard, she later went to the police and Jarrod plead guilty to Harassment and was given probation. After the Capital Gazette wrote about the incident he tried to sue them but loss because the case was public record.
