Veronika's mother was a woman who cared about her daughter, however, her concern did not seem to be worth much, because she did not even bother to see her daughter's activity on the internet, perhaps if she had been more diligent in that, she would have been able to do something.


Veronika's mother knew that something was happening with her daughter because her daughter had been away from home for several hours and as time passed, Veronika did not arrive, which further increased the mother's anguish and her desperation to know the whereabouts of her daughter .
