Jeff Lowe is an american convicted felon who has been guilty of bringing tigers into hotel rooms in Las Vegas by putting them in suitcases and taking them there. He was also arrested for hijacking a bus for claiming that high paying customers will have an opportunity to ride with big cat clubs. He also is shown to be misogynistic and perverted as by searching for a new nanny he claims "if you're gonna bring in one, why bring in one who isn't enjoyable to look at".
