Jeffrey Polizzi is a convicted serial voyeur and misogynist who filmed women undressing in retail store dressing rooms.
He was infamous for being caught by Target shopper Candice Spivey in 2016. Polizzi was shown to be a seemingly believable and innocent man, when he later asked her inappropriate questions. It was later shown that Spivey remembered Polizzi from two years ago videotaping her and asking her inappropriate questions in a Walmart store. Spivey later pulled out her cellphone and videotaped him, while Polizzi made a run trying to escape. He was later arrested for recklessly driving attempting to escape.
Spivey later posted the video to Facebook, which garnered more than 1.5 million views and over 24,000 shares. Numerous women later admitted to recognizing him, mentioning about how he would hide video cameras in dressing rooms to watch them undress. Police mentioned that he was previously arrested in 2009 for these actions.
He has since been banned from the stores.
