Jemma Beale is a serial liar from England who invented multiple false claims of rape and sexual assault;
- In 2010 she claimed Mahad Cassim had raped her. He was wrongly convicted and received a seven-year sentence
- In 2012 she claimed Noam Shahzad groped her, then later gang-raped her with others. She mutilated herself and claimed they did it to her with barbed wire.
- In 2013 she claimed two men sexually assaulted her.
- Two months later she claimed four men gang-raped her.
All the false claims victimized strangers. Investigations and her trial cost over £350,000. In 2017 at the age of 25 she was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The judge said her motive appeared to be to upset and play the victim with her girlfriend.
