Jesse Velez is a store owner and child predator who was known for appearing on the reality show, ''To Catch a Predator''. He was responsible for sending lewd and inappropriate genital pics to a 12-year-old boy via text.

He was later arrested again in October 2019 for violating his probation. A year later in 2020, he was once again arrested for breach of peace in the second degree.
