Jesse Velez is a store owner and child predator who was known for appearing on the reality show, To Catch a Predator. He was responsible for sending lewd and inappropriate genital pics to a 12-year-old boy via text.
He was later arrested again in October 2019 for violating his probation. A year later in 2020, he was once again arrested for breach of peace in the second degree.

- Before the To Catch a Predator interrogation, Velez's store was burglarized. He was actually shown on an interview about the situation.
