~ Jim Bob Elliott

James Robert Elliott, better known as Jim Bob Elliott, is a 24-year-old Proud Boys activist who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming.

During the riots, he was identified as a man carrying an American flag and wearing black tactical gear and a radio. He attempted to thrust an American flagpole into police officers. After his arrest, law enforcement also reported chemical irritant and bear spray to be found in his backpack, implying that Elliott would have used both items as further weapons against capitol police.

He was arrested on December 20, 2021 for his participation in the riots. Elliott faces up between six months to 20 years in prison, as well as fines up to $250,000, if officially convicted for his crimes.
