== Criminal History ==
The inappropriate relationship with then 15-16 year old Emelie Morris started between August of 1996 and September of 1997. In which he was arrested years later after Emelie Morris recorded her conversation with him. Emelie "mysteriously" died before the trial meaning that all charges were dropped. It was obvious that Jim Wilder was the one who killed her in order to avoid trial. He even asked her if she had a recording device during their conversation. At the end he wasn't tried for murder or sexual abuse. In 2008 he also arrested for sex abuse involving a different girl but at the end he wasn't charged.
