{{Villain_Infobox |Image = JAA 000000.jpg |fullname = John Arthur Ackroyd |occupation = Highway worker |origin = Sweet Home, Oregon United States |hobby = |goals = Murder Kaye Turner (succeeded) <br> Continue murdering women (failed) |crimes = [[Murder]] |type of villain = Misogynistic Serial Killer }} '''John Arthur Ackroyd''' was a suspected serial killer who was known for the being the murderer of 35-year-old Kaye Turner in 1978. He was imprisoned and sentenced to five life terms in prison for the abduction and murder of Turner. While it has been confirmed that he has murdered Turner, it is highly suspected that he was responsible for the disappearance and possible murders of several women along Highway 20 in the state of Oregon from 1970-1990. Further evidence in his court case has implied that Ackroyd had planned to murder more females. He died in prison on December 30, 2016.
